This Anger Management Pack 'Fizzing like a Firework' is a No Prep pack containing 5 lesson plans, 5 lesson activities and a display pack! These lessons and activities teach students how to manage their anger and begin to self regulate by identifying what might be triggering them and how this feels. The pack works through how we have a choice to ignore these feelings until we explode like a firework, or we can use our newly learnt calming strategies to cool us off and put out the firework before we explode! The pack makes clear how we have the option, no matter how we are feeling, to try and use a calming strategy. The activities allow the students to have a go at a range of strategies, role play using them and discuss if they are effective! A brilliant resource for children with Autism, ADHD, Social Emotional and Mental Health, students dealing with anger management or great as a whole class activity to teach the all important skill of self regulation! Accessible for a wide range of students and easy to understand! The activities require zero preparation! The planning has everything covered, so you don't need to worry about a thing!
